Vivian Greenfogel: Vivian Greenfogel attended the State University of New York and has devoted her entire career committed to providing the highest levels of customer service and communication. Prior to joining Diamond Consultants she spent 28 years in healthcare specializing in patient, physician and employee relations. She was the Director of Sales and Service for Press, Ganey Associates, a national satisfaction survey company; Sr. Vice President for Patient Satisfaction for the Saint Barnabas Health Care System, in NJ; consulted with hospitals nationwide and worked in numerous hospitals overseeing  advocacy programs, training and creating cultures of excellence.  Vivian brings her expertise of providing individualized attention, fluent communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills to each financial advisor she works with in her role as executive recruiter at Diamond Consultants.
