Diamond Consulting Group has developed a series of programs that are geared to all types of financial services firms; from the small independent to the large full service broker dealer. Realizing that no two firms are the same and that budgetary, time and other constraints have an impact upon the type and scope of program that would be appropriate for a given firm; we have established three distinct program models: Platinum, Gold and Silver. Each of these programs promises to give the participants the skills to not only achieve, but surpass, talent acquisition goals.
Platinum: An individualized, customized and comprehensive series of workshops, conference calls, seminars and training events that are custom tailored for each firm. The Platinum Program is ideal for the firm that has not actively ventured into the recruiting waters and is looking to put together a wide ranging and far reaching agenda and successfully recruit and onboard many financial advisors.
Gold: A customized and comprehensive series of workshops, conference calls, seminars and training events that is geared to a firm that already has a recruiting platform and is looking to hone their skills and be kept abreast of the latest industry recruiting trends.
Silverl: A “turn key” comprehensive program geared to a smaller firm that is not yet in the market for the type of all inclusive package as the Platinum or Gold Levels. The Silver Package is essentially a “recruiter in a box”; a type of program that is certain to jump start any firm’s recruiting initiative. The goal of the Silver Level is to assist a smaller firm in becoming adept at talent acquisition and to make recruiting a more cost effective experience for the firm.
