Kathy Rapisarda: Kathy Rapisarda has been with Diamond Consultants since 2006. Kathy is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and previously was a manager for J Crew Inc. While at J Crew Kathy was responsible for recruiting, training and retaining managers and sales associates. While managing her team Kathy trained all new managers in the New Jersey and New York City markets. Kathy’s strengths include her ability to communicate, listen and understand the needs of the advisors she works with. She works hard to provide the best possible opportunities to all candidates she is working for.
