Howard Diamond: Howard is the Managing Director and C.O.O. of Diamond Consultants. After a successful career as a business attorney and litigator, Howard joined Mindy and Diamond Consultants in 2004 and runs the day-to-day operations of the firm. He has written for Bank Investment Consultant and other publications and is frequently quoted in the financial press on recruiting trends and issues. He has also authored two Guidebooks on recruiting and onboarding as well as several White Papers on related issues. Howard launched Diamond Consulting Group, Diamond Consultants’ consulting arm in 2006 in response to requests made by firms and clients for support and coaching on talent acquisition, transitioning and onboarding strategies. He frequently consults with firms and managers on recruiting, onboarding and transitioning issues. Howard holds a Juris Doctor Degree from The Benjamin Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University.
