Deborah Aronson: Deborah Aronson graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University. After successfully managing the specialty wholesale division of Random House Publishers in New York, she began a career as a recruiter working with insurance brokerage firms throughout the tri-state area. Deborah has trained with many of the top professionals in the recruiting industry and joined Diamond Consultants in 2006 as a manager. Deborah has a keen ability for managing the intricacies of the process and utilizes her unique experience to bring a professional yet personal touch to everyone that she deals with.
