Barbara Herman: Barbara is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rutgers College.  She has her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law. Barbara was with Coopers & Lybrand for 10 years where she specialized in Taxation and Corporate law. While at Coopers & Lybrand, Barbara had a key internal recruiting role and was featured in a national recruiting campaign.
